Fitness Class Description

Tabata Circuit – The ultimate fat burning and toning work out, Tabata Circuit training is a high intensity interval training based on the Tabata protocol, it is a total body workout that challenges the body aerobically and anaerobiclly to achieve fat loss and muscle strength.

Bender Ball – This full body workout focuses on the abdominals and core while utilizing the bender ball. This class also puts an emphasis on the upper abs, side abs, and even your tough to reach lower abs.

Tone Up & Stretch – Total body toning and stretch exercises. This is a great combination to sculpt long lean muscles, abs, butt and thighs.

Zumba – Zumba® Fuses hypnotic Latin rhythms and easy to follow moves to create a dynamic cardio dance workout that will blow you away! Ditch the Workout -Join the Party!

Cycle Fit – Bring your outdoor cycling indoors and experience an athletic, adrenaline pumping workout, led by a trained instructor and done to music in a group setting.

Body Toning – This high intensity class aims to strengthen and sculpt your abs, back, legs, and arms. Build muscle strength and endurance – and create a lean sculpted appearance. All levels of participants welcomed and encouraged. Join us for this non-stop, challenging, but fun workout, which will tone your body.

Hatha Yoga – A Yoga inspired flexibility class. Learn the basic yoga postures and improve your flexibility and strength.

Hard Core – This ½ hour class is packed with effective exercises for the abs, back, to tone and strengthen the mid-section. Begin with a warm-up, alternately work targeted abdominal and back muscles and finish with a refreshing stretch. Develop core strength and stability in this fun but challenging class.

3-2-1 Intervals – An interval based, full-body workout designed for maximum calorie burn and big results.. Moves are simple but challenging, with little to no rest between intervals. Class will follow a 3 – 2 – 1 minute protocol. Class ends with cool down and stretching.

Kangoo Power – Using Kangoo Jump Boots this rebound class is a highly motivating interval training program, specifically designed to challenge the whole body, building muscular strength and endurance. The basic moves are easy and can be performed with growing complexity and intensity.

Circuit – Back to basics workout that includes moves from station to station incorporating cardio, body sculpting and core conditioning in fun, ever-changing stations.

Fitness Fusion – This progressive class is an introduction to fusion – a blend of mind-body disciplines such as Yoga and Pilates with fitness conditioning and introduces attention to form, exercise execution and the spirit, mind and body connection. Challenge your strength, balance and flexibility while increasing stamina. Suitable for all fitness levels.

BootCamp – Get ready to sweat this ½ hour noon hour class combines high intensity burst of cardio with strength to tone and tighten from head-to-toe.

Kangoo Bootcamp – Using Kangoo Jump Boots this rebound exercise class offers you a different type of bootcamp from all others. Kangoo BootCamp is a fun, military style, circuit training program that works. The class combines the best of cardio and strength training an d is suitable for participants of all ages and fitness levels. You will work the whole body from top to toe.

Kick Boxing – A non-contact dynamic workout geared towards kick boxing conditioning that uses basic kickboxing techniques and body weight exercises to increase your overall strength and fitness. If you are looking for a high energy, intense workout, look no further. Test your cardiovascular and muscle endurance with this group class of kick-box movements. You’ll skip, you’ll jab, you’ll punch… and best of all you’ll have fun!!

Booty Camp – This lower body workout is short and targets all the muscles of the hips, butt and thighs. If you want to firm up your booty this is the class for you.

F.I.T (Fitness Interval Training) – Back to basics workout that includes circuits, intervals, and drills that will make you sweat. This class is for all fitness levels and incorporates cardio, body sculpting and core conditioning in fun, ever-changing intervals. No fancy choreography to learn and you will never be bored with this total body workout.

KID F.I.T. (1st Friday Night of the month) – Fitness interval Training for KIDS. Circuits, intervals and drills will make the younger generation sweat. Get off the couch, put down the ipod and PS for 45 minutes. Geared for ages 6 – 12 year olds (but all ages are welcome)

Instructor’s Choice – Join our instructors and have fun! Whatever the instructor feels like teaching – you are guaranteed to get a great workout! Circuit training to Cycle to the Kangoo Jumps and more – you’ll get them all!
